Let's get to know each other
We’re Brenton and Rachel, the husband and wife team behind Yasinski Photography. We specialize in wedding and newborn photography, serving Boise, Nampa, and the Treasure Valley from our home base in Nampa, Idaho.
Photography was part of our lives before we got married, but having our own wedding photographed by a husband and wife team inspired us to start a business together. Since then, we’ve been part of more than 100 weddings, gaining experience with everything from planning timelines to photographing the moments that happen between the planned ones.
Today, Rachel leads our photography and editing, while Brenton handles much of the communication, wedding planning, and business side. We work together to help you feel comfortable and prepared throughout the process.
Our wedding photography combines guided portraits with candid photographs of you and the people celebrating alongside you. For newborn photography, we welcome families into our home studio in Nampa for wrapped baby portraits and relaxed photographs with parents and siblings.
Our editing is timeless and true to color, with natural skin tones and consistent colors throughout your gallery. We want your photographs to reflect the people and details you remember.
We also offer maternity, family, engagement, event, corporate, and other photography sessions. Outside of work, we enjoy traveling, local shows and events, and spending time with our two kids.
Hi, I'm Rachel
I am a wedding and newborn photographer, editor, and mom of two. I’m the person you’ll usually find behind the camera at Yasinski Photography and working on your photographs afterward.
I enjoy both the energy of a wedding day and the quieter pace of a newborn session. At weddings, I’ll help you with posing while keeping an eye out for the reactions, conversations, and small moments happening around you.
Becoming a mom has made newborn photography especially meaningful to me. Babies change quickly, and I love photographing those early expressions and tiny details alongside the family welcoming them home. My newborn sessions are patient and flexible, with time for feeding, soothing, and breaks when your baby needs them.
When I’m not photographing or editing, I love playing guitar and spending time at home with Brenton and our kids.
Hi, I'm Brenton
I spent years photographing and filming weddings alongside Rachel, and being part of more than 100 weddings has given me a real appreciation for the planning that helps a day feel effortless.
These days, most of my work happens behind the scenes. From communication and bookings to wedding timelines and planning meetings, I help keep the details organized so you feel prepared and supported. I also manage much of the business side and help with the editing process.
You’ll often meet me during wedding planning, and every now and then, you might still catch me joining Rachel as a second photographer!
Outside of work, I enjoy tennis, pickleball, and spending time with Rachel and our two kids. Family means everything to me, and I bring that same care to the couples and families who trust us with their photographs.
